Would you like an image on you aero disk? We now offer images on vinyl.
Images can be straight from your camera or phone and are typically ok “if” you use an Android that is version 14 or newer or an iPhone that is series 11 or newer.
“Raw” images have better adjustability than “jpegs” and are favored.
An image resolution of 300 dpi or greater is required.
The goal is to not have any compression in the image, Example – Images taken from social media are normally heavily compressed and require editing that is an additional cost and may not work. Images created by AI will require editing.
The base rate for printed vinyl covers begins at $80, All images will be customer approved before printing.

The outside of our dipped RT7 Aero disks are clear coated with automotive uv protection clear. Standard and “custom” designs are available.
